Refund Policy

We want you to be nothing but happy with your order.

If you by any chance do not like your product, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that you will pay for the return shipping cost, and are responsible for the safe packaging on the way back to us. The item has to be kept in the same condition back to us as delivered to you.

To make a return: send us an email to info@moonzandco.com with your order number and reason. We will come back to you as soon as possible with return instructions.

As soon as we've received the item, you'll get a notification and your payment back to your account.

If your item arrives damaged or with some unexpected issues, we're here to make things right. Just shoot us an email at info@moonzandco.com, and we will swing into action!

(We will of course pay for the shipping for any incorrect or damaged deliveries.)
